Breathe Fully and Completely for Relaxation and Energy

It seems obvious that we "know" how to breathe! But most adults have very
shallow breathing, barely enough to truly energize the cells. Learning to
breathe fully and easily is a powerful skill for health. In fact, holistic
physician Andrew Weil, M.D., says that breathing is the MOST important thing you
can do for your health, diet and exercise not withstanding! So click on the
video and learn to really breathe!
And by the way, the word "breathe" in
Latin is "inspiritus," meaning inspire. Breathing and spirit are thus very
close.
